Main Responsibility

Ensure that payroll is processed timely and accurately and in compliance with local laws.

Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget

Perform payroll calculations including overtime, referrals, allowances and deductions, proration.

Responsible for employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, and other personnel packages.

Prepare payroll journal reports for Finance.

Perform tax reporting in coordination with Finance.

Reconcile BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan records and ensure correct payments.

Ensure updated Payroll-specific records in HRIS.
-
Assist in ad-hoc payroll-related matters such as answer employees questions, provide salary verification letters for employees upon requests.
Minimum Requirement
-
Minimum 2 years experience in coordinating the payroll process.

Knowledgeable in local laws for payroll, taxation, and social security (BPJS).

Knowledgeable in benefits administration.

Strong Excel skills, numerical and administrative skills.
-
Strong communication skills.
-
Ability to collaborate with multi-functional stakeholders.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and meet deadlines.
