Job Description:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, which includes tasks like maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring the physical workspace is organized and well-maintained.
  2. Supervising building maintenance, security, and safety procedures, and coordinating with external vendors or service providers.
  3. Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, such as scheduling meetings, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with travel arrangements.
  4. Managing employee benefits, cafeteria services, transportation, and employee engagement initiatives.
  5. Organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, both internally and externally, may be part of the job. This could involve booking venues, coordinating logistics, and overseeing event execution.
  6. Responsible for managing budgets related to office operations, facilities, and employee services.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in every major
  2. Have Internship Experienced as GA
  3. Proficiency in office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  4. Effective written and verbal communication skills are important for dealing with employees, management, and external contacts.
  5. ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments is important in ensuring a smooth operation of the office.
