Main Responsibilities

  1. Creating contract agreements with our partner and client Conducting legal analysis Able to give legal opinions on business matters Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements including vendor partner and customer agreements, NDAs and etc Provide legal advice and support to specific business divisions/functions.
  2. Manage mandatory reporting, and license renewal where applicable.
  3. Liaise with the government related to foreign employee working permits and all legal documents related to business activities Analyze
  4. legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated
  5. the operation of the company in accordance with applicable regulations and regulations



  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer at a reputable private practice firm and / or in-house legal practitioner.
  2. Having exposure and/or practical experience in the field of fin-tech, privacy law, finance, business transaction, and/or intellectual property rights is an advantage.
  3. Excellent legal drafting and writing skills (both in Bahasa Indonesian and English language).
